Our team can help you with all the necessary steps of your event, from your idea to its implementation. We draft plans for obtaining permits, know the best suppliers for light, sound, party tents, etc and perform risk analysis and prevention plans.

Technical direction

Indoor or open-air, we have all the skills and qualifications necessary for the technical management of your event. Among other things, we manage plans, coordination of the suppliers and the frequencies licenses.

Short of hands ? We can provide technicians,  stage hands or roadies, forklifters, runners, riggers, catering assistants, tourmanagers, backliners, tailors, followspot operators, … to make sure that the doors of your event can open on time.

For the artistic production, or hospitality, we analyze and negociate the artist’s contract/rider. Afterwards, our team makes sure to meet their needs, from booking the hotel and transport to preparing the dressing rooms the day of the event. 

We also assist artists in their tour in Belgium or abroad.

Catering partner

Catering specialized in events, our partner Taste Eat refuels our teams, awakens the taste buds of your guests and ensures delicious meals. For 50 or 500 people, whether it’s for VIP, crew catering, artist catering, meet and greets or something else, chef Valentino prepares dishes crafted with fresh products that will delight your guests.

Rental

Safety equipment, technical material and dressing room decoration is all available. Ask us anything from fire extinguishers (powder or CO) to walkie talkies or towels and more. In addition, we have our own van to transport all of the equipment needed for your events.

Over the years we have been able to built up an experienced and qualified crew for all of the aspects of your event: from the start to the finish they will put up and break down tents, lights, soundmaterial, stages and much more.

Our crew is formed by us and all the forklifters, cherrydrivers and more have obtained their driving licenses.

We also have several insurances for our crew, which is rare in this sector. They are insured on the way from and to work, for the duration of the work and they even have a liability insurance.
