For the artistic production, or hospitality, we analyze and negociate the artist’s contract/rider. Afterwards, our team makes sure to meet their needs, from booking the hotel and transport to preparing the dressing rooms the day of the event.
We also assist artists in their tour in Belgium or abroad.
Catering specialized in events, our partner Taste Eat refuels our teams, awakens the taste buds of your guests and ensures delicious meals. For 50 or 500 people, whether it’s for VIP, crew catering, artist catering, meet and greets or something else, chef Valentino prepares dishes crafted with fresh products that will delight your guests.
Safety equipment, technical material and dressing room decoration is all available. Ask us anything from fire extinguishers (powder or CO2) to walkie talkies or towels and more. In addition, we have our own van to transport all of the equipment needed for your events.
